These terms govern your use of MilkGo (milkgo.in), operated by DivineXion. By using MilkGo, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
MilkGo is a dairy business management platform that helps tabela owners, mandali owners, milkmen, and drivers manage deliveries, billing, payments, customers, and reports.
2. Account & Access
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure. Each account is for one business entity. You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized persons.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MilkGo only for lawful dairy business management purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, or use the WhatsApp notification feature to send promotional or spam messages.
4. WhatsApp Notifications
By enabling WhatsApp notifications for your customers, you confirm that you have the right to send them transactional messages. MilkGo sends utility notifications only — delivery updates, bill summaries, and payment confirmations. You are responsible for ensuring your customers' consent.
5. Billing & Plans
MilkGo offers a free trial period. Paid plans may be introduced in the future. We will notify you before any charges apply. Plan limits (customers, products, etc.) are enforced based on your subscription.
6. Data Ownership
You own all business data you enter into MilkGo (customers, deliveries, bills, payments). MilkGo does not claim ownership of your data. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
MilkGo is provided as-is. While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, or delivery notification failures. Always maintain your own records.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MilkGo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
